RPET fabric is made from recycled eco-fibers extracted from waste soda bottles. The recycling process first shreds waste plastic bottles into flakes, then conducts wire drawing to spin fibers. The material itself is recyclable, and its manufacturing drastically cuts carbon emissions: compared with conventional PET production processes, it saves nearly 80% energy and effectively lowers CO₂ output.

2. Product Information

RPET is fully recyclable and can be circulated repeatedly in the recycling loop, cutting the demand for virgin resource extraction. It drastically slashes carbon emissions by eliminating the energy-intensive steps required to extract and manufacture brand-new virgin plastic. The whole workflow of sorting, washing and flaking post-consumer PET bottles to produce RPET consumes 75% less energy compared with manufacturing raw plastic.

In terms of physical performance:
